Privacy policy
The short version: we use your details to run your booking, we measure site traffic, and we may show our ads to past visitors. You can opt out any time.
What we collect
Booking requests. When you request a date, we receive what you enter: your name, email, event date, occasion, package, extras, and notes. Requests are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit. We use this only to reply, confirm your booking, and run your rental.
Site analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. If enabled, Google Analytics measures how people find and use the site, including general information like device, region, and approximate age range and interests.
Advertising. If enabled, the Meta Pixel lets us show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited this site, and measure whether those ads lead to booking requests.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t share your booking details with advertisers. Footage from your event is only used in our marketing with your permission.
Your privacy choices
You can opt out of analytics and ad tracking at any time using this link or the “Your privacy choices” link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.
You can also block cookies in your browser, and opt out of personalized ads in your Google and Meta settings.
Colorado residents and others with similar rights can ask us to access, correct, or delete their personal data, or to stop using it for targeted advertising, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 45 days.
How long we keep information
We keep booking emails and records as long as needed to provide your rental and meet tax and accounting requirements. Event footage is kept for 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep it longer.
